Arlie Nelson Adams, 65, of Carrollton, Tex., died Wednesday at the Dallas Osteopathic Hospital. The Adamses are former residents of East Tennessee.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Jessie Adams of Carrollton; four sons, James and Robert, both of Dallas; Eugene of Ft. Worth; and Jerry Adams of Altus, Okla.; three daughters, Mrs. Mary Frances Shires and Mrs. Regina Rose Shires, both of Farmers Branch, Tex.; and Mrs. Stella Marie Courtney, Carrollton; one brother, Marvin[sic] T. Adams of Kingsport, and one sister, Mrs. Ruby Long, Bean Station.
Brooks Funeral Home of Morristown [TN] is in charge of arrangements."
