Mr. Adams was a native of Moss Point and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Moss Point. He served in the Air Force during the Korean Conflict, and was a retired Insurance salesman. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and enjoyed bingo.
Mr. Adams was preceded in death by his parents, Collin Hugh Adams and Averna Mae Tanner Adams; brothers, Basil Don Adams and Dale Adams; and sisters, Wavery Mary Adams and Ulmer June Adams.
Survivors include his wife, Teresita Adams, of Moss Point; children, Marilyn Deutsch and husband, Michael, of Ocean Springs, Miss.; Michelle Campbell and husband, Robert, of Hurley, Miss.; Olivia Mooty and husband, Tommy of S.C.; and Wanda Adams, of Alabama; a sister, Dixie Reid and husband, Charlie, of Richton, Miss.; 14 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 am. Wednesday, April 30, 2008, in the National Cemetery in Biloxi, Miss.
