Following a long illness, Mrs. A.C. Dickson, 87, a pioneer resident of the Frankston community and the mother of Miss May Dickson of Athens, died at her home there at 9 o'clock Friday night. Miss Dickson had been called to the bedside late Friday afternoon when her mother's illness suddenly became serious.
Funeral services were held from the home in Frankston at 4 o'clock Saturday.
The deceased is survived by four children: Miss May Dickson of Athens, Mrs. B.L. Saunders of Frankston and Jim and John Dickson, both of Frankston.
Her husband has been dead for many years.
