ADAMS, DON C., 73, a retired local homebuilder, passed away on June 1, 2003 at his home in Dallas, Texas. Born on November 18, 1929 in Los Angeles, California, Don grew up and lived most of his life in Dallas, Texas. Don attended Sunset High School, Southern Methodist University and University of North Texas. He also served in the United States Army during the Korean War. Over the course of a 30 year career as an independent residential builder, Don constructed over 2500 homes in the Dallas Ft. Worth metroplex. He is survived by his son Scott B. Adams and wife Lisa M. Adams, his daughter Laurie A. Carroll and husband Patrick & Carroll, his son Daniel & Adams, his grandson Jackson A. Carroll and his brother Dave Adams and wife Helen Adams. Funeral services will be held at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, Texas at 11:00am, Friday, June 6, 2003.
