Mrs. Annabell Adams, 61, formerly of Springfield, died Sunday at Shelbyville Hospital.
Born in Sangamon County the daughter of Brice and Anna Stengel Runkels, she married Kenneth Adams July 28, 1934. A Springfield resident most of her life, she lived in Cowden for the last eight months.
Survived by husband; daughter Mrs. Phyllis Merritt; son Richard H. Adams; nine grandchildren; sisters Mrs. Jeanette McKay, Mrs. Genevieve McCafferty, Mrs. Dessie Thomas, and Mrs. Dorothy Lomprez; brother Brice G. Runkels.
Services at Staab Funeral Home. Burial in Oak Ridge Cemetery.
