Audelia "Lela" Martinez, 69, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 19, 2012. Funeral: 10 a.m. Saturday in Arlington Funeral Home Chapel. Interment: Moore Memorial Gardens. Rosary 7 p.m. Friday at Arlington Funeral Home. Lela was born April 18, 1943, in Grand Falls, to Pablo and Ignacia Acosta. She was preceded in death by her parents, Pablo and Ignacia. Survivors: Husband of 35 years, Onesimo Martinez; daughter, Olivia Acosta; sons, Samuel Acosta and wife, Shela, John Martinez and wife, Shioban, and Alfonso Martinez; grandchildren, Cassandra, Christopher, Nathan, Noel, Madison, Christian, Fernando, Jaylen, Brian, Oscar, Miguel, David, Kasien, Gabriel and Jennie; brothers, Manuel Acosta and wife, Diane, and Ricky Acosta and wife, Kim; nieces, Olga, Annette, Rachel and Amanda; nephews, Richard and Robert; great-nieces, Jackie, Crystal and Sarah; and great-nephew, Timothy.
