Theresa Marie Acker and her twin brother John Philip Acker were born to Bernard Neil Acker and Joanna Latryl Warminski on January 26, 1987 and died January 27, 1987. The babies received the Sacrament of Catholic Baptism in the hospital. Their parents and older brother survives them.
