Ainsworth Miss Helen Acheson and Claude Kilgore were married Thursday morning at 10:30 oclock at the home of the brides mother the Rev. McAllister performing the ceremony before an improvised altar of palms and greenery.
Mrs. Norma Clegg sang, When You Were Truly Mine, preceding the marriage and the wedding march was played by Mrs. Martha Harbison who also played during the wedding breakfast.
The bride was gowned in white chiffon over yellow trimmed with lace and ostrich worn by the brides grandmother at her wedding. The brides maid, her sister, Margaret Evans, wore a gown of pink organdy and Billy Acheson, flower girl, wore yellow. Delbert Evans served as best man.
The brides chosen rainbow colors were carried out in the decorations and in the appointments for the wedding breakfast served to 25 guests.
