Garrett Lane Abston, age 3, 508 Delphi Ave., Frankfort died Sunday, July 3, 2011 at the Peyton Manning Chilren's Hospital in Indianapolis.

He was born April 5, 2008 in Indianapolis to Joe and Charlotte (Dean) Abston.

Mater from "Cars" and "Tom & Jerry" were close to Garrett's heart. He was a fish wannabe when it came to his feelings for water.

Garrett was one of God's miracles at birth and became an angel in his passing.

He is survived by his parents of Frankfort, one sister, Hope Abston, Frankfort, one brother, Kaw-Liga Abston, Frankfort, grandparents Danny Abston, Milinda Abston, and Dave Lashbrook, all of Frankfort, great-grandmother, Betty Rigger, Michigantown, and several aunts and uncles.

He was preceded in death by siblings, Hannah Jo, Joseph Aaron, & Breanna Rose, & grandparents, Belva Baker & Charles Dean, Sr.

Services will be Friday, July 8, 2011 at 10:00 AM at the Genda Funeral Home in Frankfort, Pastor Kevin Alber officiating. Burial will be in Green Lawn Cemetery. Calling will be Thursday, July 7, 2011 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
