David was born on April 16, 1955 in Detroit, Michigan to Lorne Abray Sr. and Shirley “Foster” Abray. David served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War. He worked as a union millwright with Local 1544. David loved to play drums and ride Harley motorcycles. Whenever he walked in a room it would light up. He loved to tell jokes and make people laugh. He enjoyed having his friends around and would do anything for them. David opened his heart and home to many and those in need. He loved to spend time with his grandchildren.
The family will visit with friends on Saturday, November 14, 2015 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Williams Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant, Tennessee and Sunday, November 15, 2015 from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 15, 2015 in the Chapel of Williams Funeral Home, Mt. Pleasant, Tennessee.
David was preceded in death by his parents Lorne and Shirley Abray and brother Lorne Abray Jr.
