Sarah Catherine Payton, 74, of La Grange, died Saturday at her home.
She was a member of Covington Baptist Church.
Survivors: sons Johnny, Robert, Jack, David, Danny and Larry Payton; daughters Jean Freeman, Diane Bradley and Frances Williams; brothers Junior, C. W., Warnie and Frank Abbott; sisters Lillian Jones, Gertrude Way, Doris Marple, Ruby Beutel and Minnie Skirvin; 30 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral: 2 p.m. Tuesday, Arch L. Heady, Radcliffe, La Grange.
Burial: Vally of Rest Cemetery, La Grange. Visitation: 2-9 p.m. Monday.
Memorial gifts: Hospice of Louisville.
