Julia Faye Chappel was born October 31, 1905, and departed this life on November
1, 1930, at the age of 25 years and one day. She was the daughter of Mr. and
Mrs. L. D. Chappell, and was born while her parents resided in Laurens, Ia. At
the age of two years she moved with her parents to Beaver county, Oklahoma,
where she spent the remaining years of her life. On July 18, 1929, she was
united in marriage to Howard K. Andrick, to which union was born a daughter,
Mrs. Andrick has never been very strong, but she has been in falling health
since March of this year, and for the past three weeks was befast. She passed
away at seven o'clock, Saturday morning, at the home of her parents.
At the age of 14 she gave her heart to the Lord, and united with the Church of
Christ. Since that time she has loved an earnest, Christian life. She was
preceded in death by her brother Billy, who died in August, 1920. she is
survived by her husband and her daughter, Wiona Faye, her parents, and three
sisters, Mrs. G. D. Hagan, of Beaver, and Mrs. C. H. Winfough and Marjorie, of
Logan, Okla., and a host of other relatives and friends.
