Funeral Monday for Doland Man, I.A. Aldrich, 64
DOLAND - Ira A Aldrich, 64, lifetime resident of Doland, died Thursday at his home. The funeral service is to be held at 3:30 p.m., Monday at the Methodist Church, with the Rev. Jerald Barnhart officiating; burial will be in the Doland Cemetery.
Aldrich was born March 3, 1900 to Mr. and Mrs. Parker Aldrich. He was married to Dorothy Coopersmith.
Survivors include his widow, three daughters; Phylis, Mrs. Sam Sayler, North Carolina; Mary Ellen, Mrs. Jim Matthews, Indiana; Patricia, Doland; three sons, Odell, Hot Springs; Jerald, California; Oren, Doland; 16 grandchildren; three sisters, Dolly, Mrs. Harold Kline, Doland; Mrs. Mae McDonald, Omaha; Mrs. Floyd Paul, Brookings; and one brother, Aaron, Omaha.
