Ruby Reynolds Agnew, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Perry Reynolds, was born Dec. 17. 1908, and died suddenly Sept. 4, 1987 at the Jennie Edmundson Hospital in Council Bluffs as the result of a heart attack. She became ill at her home the night before she died, and was taken to the hospital by ambulance. Mrs. Agnew lived at Pacific Junction.
She married Darley Agnew who preceded her in death in September 1984. Two children were born to this union. Phyllis Fisher of Pacific Junction and James Agnew of Marshalltown, Iowa.
Preceding her in death, besides her husband, were her parents and one sister. Nina Agnew.
Survivors include her daughter Phyllis Fisher and husband Lorren of Pacific Junction; one son, James and wife Ann of Marshalltown; five grandchildren. Terry Fisher at home, Tracy Fisher and wife Debbie of Pacific Junction, Kelly Agnew of Chicago, Amy Agnew a student at Iowa State University; nine brothers and sisters, Evah Hagie of Osceola, Everett Reynolds of Greeley, Colorado, Horton of Silver Springs, Maryland, Herbert of Wafford Heights, California, Ruth Adams, Clarinda, Imogene Miller and Woodrow Reynolds of Corning, Darrell of Lenox, and Frances of Des Moines.
All nine brothers and sisters attended the funeral. Services were held at the Methodist Church in Pacific Junction Sept. 8. Burial was in the Nodaway Cemetery/
