George was born in 1860 to George and Mary (Hunter) Adamson. George was the 3rd child and first son.
In his teens, George moved to Welda, Kansas where his aunt Ann (Adamson) Wardell and grandmother Elizabeth Adamson resided.
In 1879 he married Maria Elizabeth Kauble with whom he had 2 children, May and Joseph. After Maria's death in 1913, he later married Minnie Bloom in 1938. George passed away in August 1950.
