Eva Esther Bucknell, 94, daughter of Richard and Alta (Davidson) Bucknell, was born Feb. 6, 1910, at Webber. She died at her Belleville residence Nov. 3, 2004.
Eva received her education in the public schools of Jewell County. On Sept. 27, 1935, at Wray, Colo., she married Charles H. Bucknell. The couple moved to a farm north of Belleville in 1936, farming there until they moved into Belleville in 1975.
She was a homemaker and assisted in the farming operation. She collected antiques in her early years, and was an excellent cook; especially homemade candies.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband on June 6,1996; and two brother and two sisters.
She is survived by nieces and nephews.
Private inurement graveside services were held at the Rosemound (sic) Cemetery, rural Hardy.
Bachelor-Faulkner-Dart-Surber Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
