Mr. Adams died Monday, Nov. 26, 2001, at St. Catherine Hospital in Garden City.
He was born Aug. 1, 1943, at Anthony, the son of James Charles and Veda Leraine (Law) Adams. He attended Anthony schools and graduated from Liberal High School.
A Garden City resident since 1962, moving from Liberal, he had worked for Western Alfalfa in Garden City for 20 years. His special interests were working on cars, fishing and being an inventor.
Survivors include a son, Donald Adams, and a stepdaughter, Tamarra fisher, both of Fayetteville, AR; a step granddaughter; a step great-granddaughter; two sisters, Lois Clay, Searcey, AR, and Linda Kay Adams, Anthony; a nephew; three nieces; and five great-nieces and great-nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and a half brother, Steven Robert Adams.
Memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society, in care of Garnand Funeral Home, 412 N. Seventh St.
