Herman Herbert Bailey, 78, Westmoreland, died Friday in a Westmoreland, Kansas nursing home.
He was born Nov. 15, 1885 at Circleville and spent all of his life in Pottawatomie and Jackson counties. He was employed as a stone mason many years.
Survivors include his wife, Sylvia, 2718 B Street, Topeka; a daughter, Mrs. Lowell E. Smith, 2034 Colorado; a son, O. L. Bailey, Denver, Colo.; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements will be announced by Barnes Funeral Home, Westmoreland. Burial will be in Havensville Cemetery.
