Mrs. Isadore Andre, 78, died at her home here Saturday after an illness of seven weeks. Funeral services were held Tuesday morning at St Mary's church with the Rev. John Johanek officiating. Burial was in the parish cemetery.
The former Agnes Spinette was born at Rosiere on April 5, 1866 and married Isadore Andre at Rosiere in 1889. She spent her entire life as a resident of Algoma and this community. At Algoma, she was a member of the Rosary Society.

Survivors include her husband; one daughter, Mrs. Libbie Failey of Green Bay; two sisters Mrs. Joseph Neuville of Sawyer and Mrs. Vandertie of Manitowoc; five grandchildren, Mrs. Howard Flegal of Algoma, Mrs. Clayton Vandeleest of Green Bay and James, Owen and Carl Failey all in military service and two great grandchildren. A son, Carl, died earlier this year.

Pallbearers were Michale Kohlbeck, Peter C. Gerhart, Charles Schmitt, Michael Melchior, Jacob Jakubovsky and George Brey.
