Alfred Leo Baldeschwiler was born on November 11, 1916, in Thorp, the son of Anton and Minnie (Pritzel) Baldeschwiler.
Alfred was united in marriage to Grace Kinney on June 7, 1939, at St. Hedwig Catholic Church in Thorp. She died on September 18, 1982. He then married Dorothy Romanowski in November of 1983.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, April 28, 2006, at St. Bernard-St. Hedwig Catholic Church in Thorp. Fr. Keith Apfelbeck will celebrate the mass and burial will follow at St. Bernard's Catholic Cemetery.
