Funeral services will be conducted at 3 p.m. today, December 24, 1963, from the Eller Funeral Home with the Rev. Lewis Smith officiating. Burial will be made in the Scott Cemetery, Scircleville.
Mr. Blackburn was a retired grocer. He was born March 11, 1877 to Joseph Ben and Elizabeth Jane Scott Blackburn. He was married May 9, 1923 to the former Anna Marie Guerrint, who survives.
Mr. Blackburn, who lived all his life in Clinton County, also had been a hardware dealer in Scircleville.
Survivors, besides his widow, include a son, Lewis Blackburn of Frankfort; a daughter, Phyllis Milburn of Forest; several grandchildren; one great-grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
