She was born May 13, 1919 in Freeland Park, IN to the late Robert and Fronie (Selz) Park. Katie was a 1936 graduate of Freeland Park High School.
Her marriage was to George N. Blake on February 25, 1939. He preceded her in death on January 18, 1998.
Katie attended Raub United Methodist Church, where she was known as the dishwasher. She also enjoyed spending her time gardening, crocheting, tatting, and many other crafts.
She is survived by a daughter, Norma Blake of Kentland and several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, and a brother.
