Dola Boyd, 60, of Butlerville, passed away Wednesday, January 14, 2015.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. on Friday, January 16 at Butlerville Mennonite Church. Funeral services begin at 11 a.m. on Saturday, January 17 at the church, with Rev. Dale Boyd officiating. Burial in Butlerville Cemetery.

Dola Boyd, 60, of Butlerville, Indiana passed away at 6:52 a.m. on Wednesday, January 14, 2015 at her residence.
Dola was born on June 9, 1954 in Anderson, Indiana the daughter of Yewell and Maxine Alberts Hendren. She married Marshall Boyd on August 9, 1975 in Butlerville, Indiana; he survives.
Dola worked in housekeeping and cafeteria for Jennings Health Care Center in North Vernon, Indiana. She was a member of Butlerville Mennonite Church in Butlerville, Indiana. She enjoyed sewing, camping, antique tractors, working with Travis Shepherd and supervising restitution workers, cats, spending time with her family especially her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, Marshall Boyd of Butlerville, Indiana; two sons, Marshall (Denene) Boyd and Daniel Boyd both of Tennessee; three daughters, Melissa (John) Jayne of North Vernon, Indiana, Tina (Chris) Kopitzke of Butlerville, Indiana and Penny (Thomas) Powers of Westport, Indiana; four brothers, Wesley (Karen) Hendren of Dupont, Indiana, Billy Hendren of Texas, Floyd (Sharon) Hendren of California and Vester Hendren of South Carolina; one sister, Lucrecia Chapman of North Vernon, Indiana; twelve grandchildren, Kayla (Josh) Nimeskern, Cheyenne Jayne and Brittany Robbins all of North Vernon, Indiana, Dwayne Chasteen of Oklahoma, Taylor Chasteen, Stone Boyd, Madison Boyd and Amber Boyd all of Tennessee, Dylan Luttrell of Brown County, Indiana, Thomas Powers, Elizabeth Powers and Billie Powers all of Westport, Indiana; step-grandchildren, Cory Kopitzke and Kaitlyn Kopitzke both of Bloomington, Indiana; two great-grandchildren, Carson Chasteen of Richmond, Indiana and Gabriel Nimeskern of North Vernon, Indiana.
A Funeral Service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 17, 2015 at the Butlerville Mennonite Church in Butlerville, Indiana with the Rev. Dale Boyd officiating. Friends may call at the Butlerville Mennonite Church on Friday, January 16, 2015 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and one hour prior to the service on Saturday. Burial will be in the Butlerville Cemetery in Butlerville, Indiana. Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon, Indiana were entrusted with the care of the arrangements.
