She was born on Jan 3, 1926 in Woodland Township, Wright County, the daughter of Charles A. & Sophie R. Danek Brabec.
Margaret attended District #37 Country School and graduated from Howard Lake High School in 1943. Following her high school graduation, she was employed at Western Union, Glenwood Maternity Hospital and at NSP. She returned to the family homestead in 1965 and engaged in dairy farming for many years.
Margaret enjoyed flowers, birds, her dog, playing cards and reading.
Survived by two sisters: Lorraine Pearson and Edith Howe; nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, great, great nieces and great, great nephews; other relatives and friends.
Preceded in death by her parents: Charles & Sophie Brabec, two brothers: Harold & Charles "Bud" Brabec Jr. and a sister: Doris J. Karau.
