Myrtle Wilhelmina Dailey, 62, Hinckley, passed away Sunday afternoon, June 23, at the Pine County Memorial Hospital at Sandstone, after an illness of one day.

Myrtle Andermann, daughter of Henry and Sophie Andermann, was born in St. Paul February 28, 1912. Her early years were spent in Royalton, several years at Hinckley, 18 years in Chatfield, 12 years at Park Rapids and returned to Hinckley in 1967. She was united in marriage to Clyde Dailey at Pine City August 31, 1928. She was talented in many ways, painting pictures, refinishing furniture, reupholstery, building cabinets and boats, etc.

She is survived by her husband; one stepson, William Daily, Springfield, Oregon; two stepdaughters, Mae Sogla, Hickston, Wisconsin and Mary Jane Andermann, St. Paul; three brothers, Henry and James of St. Paul and Roy of Mounds View; three sisters, Leona Jones of Balaton, Phyllis Dixson of Sandstone and Rosalie Heuer of West St. Paul; 19 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at the Tatting Funeral Chapel, Hinckley, Tuesday, June 25 at 2 p.m. Rev. Michael Edwins officiating. Casket bearers were: James Irons, John Cabak, Lyle Doe, William Lyon, J. C. Moffatt and Stanley Grace. Burial was at the Ogema Cemetery.
