Annie E. Carlson, 88, of Cloquet, died Friday, March 23, 1990, in Community Memorial Hospital, Cloquet. She was a lifelong Cloquet resident. She had attended the Duluth Business University. She worked for Cloquet Creamery and Hongisto Implement, Cloquet. She was a lifetime member of Cloquet Presbyterian Church and a member of Ladies Get-Together Club, Farmer's Union, Homemaker's Club and Modern Woodmen of America. She was a leader of Brookston Road 4-H Club for 21 years. Her husband. Earl T., died in 1975.
Survivors include two sons, a sister, Myrtle Carlson of Cloquet; nine grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. today in Barr Funeral Home, Cloquet, and will continue from noon until 1 p.m. services Monday in Cloquet Presbyterian Church. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery, Cloquet.
