Mr. Patrick Barrett Crosses the Bar
Mr. Patrick Barrett, a highly respected citizen of this place died Saturday evening at 5:30 o'clock of Bright's Disease and heart disease. He was born in Mt. Savage. Mr. Barrett was in his 61st year. He leaves six children: Mrs. Ellen Evans of Windber, Pa.; Mrs. Mary Morrissey and Mrs. Katherine Taylor of Cumberland; Miss Julia Barrett, Charleroi, Pa.; Mr. A. Barrett of St. Louis; Mr. Anthony Barrett of this place: two brothers and two sisters: Mrs. Fuller Barnard, Cumberland; Mrs. Katherine Breen of this place; Mr. James Barrett of Frostburg and Mr. Anthony Barrett of Johnstown, Pa., also survive him. Funeral services took place Tuesday morning at 9 o'clock from St. Patrick's church. Rev. E. A. Williams officiating.
