Marjorie Anna Alder, 86, of Pikesville, died Saturday, Aug. 20, 2011, at Greater Baltimore Medical Center.
Born Sept. 27, 1924, in Snydersburg, she was the daughter of the late Charles A. and Marjorie M. Simons Kenny. She was the wife of the late James R. Alder.
She was a bookkeeper for Sagamore Mechanical Services.
Surviving are a daughter, Georgianna Bray, of Reisterstown; a son, Luke R. Mask Jr., of Mout Airy; sisters Mildred Green and Ruth Grumbine; brothers Charles, George and Richard Kenny; nine grandchildren; and 28 great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by a son, William Melvin Ernst; and a grandson.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Eline funeral home, with the Rev. Clarence L. Roark officiating. Interment will be in Druid Ridge Cemetery
