Mary Antos of Daytona Beach went home to be with her Lord January 1, 2016. She was 64. Mary was born to John and Nancy (Dena) Welch on May 29, 1951 in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Mary was the office manager for her husband Dr. James C. Antos for 36 years. She was a member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church and Racing Fingers Quilting Guild. She loved quilting and made hundreds of quilts which she gave away.

Mary is survived by her husband Jim; two sons, Joshua Henry and James John Antos; three grandchildren, Ashley Dakota, Allysa and Scarlett; four brothers, Jim, John, Joe and Jerome; three sisters, Esther, Cathy and Patricia.

Memorial donations may be made to the Pregnancy Crisis Center, 416 N. Ridgewood Ave., Daytona Beach FL 32114 or the Knights of Columbus Charities, P.O. Box 1966, New Haven CT 06509-1966 and please memo Christian Refugee Relief.

Her family will receive friends Friday from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Haigh-Black Funeral Home, 167 Vining Court, Ormond Beach. A funeral mass will be celebrated 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Prince of Peace Catholic Church with Father Bill Zamborsky as celebrant and Father Richard Grasso as co-celebrant.

A reception will follow the mass and the burial service will be private at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Korona.
