Born on August 22, 1938, in North Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Wesley and Ruby Lewis Smith.
Elizabeth grew up in Danville, Virginia and graduated from George Washington High School.
She was a retired Medical Technologist with MUSC, and was an active member of Lutheran Church of The Redeemer where she was active with the children's choir.
Surviving are a daughter, Sharon Agee Wilt (Kenneth) of Ladson; two sons, Mark David Agee (Karen) of Jacksonville, FL and Tim J. Agee (Lois) of Charleston; a sister, Gail Fuqua of Danville, VA; and three grandchildren, Kerry Marissa Wilt, Nicholas Edward Agee and Sarah Elizabeth Agee.
The relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral services in Lutheran Church of The Redeemer, August 19, 2011, at 10 am. Burial will follow in Dorchester Memory Gardens.
