Cynthia Ann Bailey, a homemaker, died Wednesday of cancer at University Hospital. She was 52. Mrs. Bailey was a lifelong resident of Slidell. Survivors include her husband, Louis Bailey of Slidell; a daughter, Tara L. Bailey of Slidell; a brother, James A. Innerarity of Pearl River; and five sisters, Marie L. Gorecki, Ruth E. McManus and Aimee M. Fandal, all of Slidell, Helen J. Dowell of Houston and Doris Jean Stevens of Birmingham, Ala.
