Born in McLean County, April 26, 1885, she was a member of the Pleasant Hope General Baptist Church. She has lived at Alexander Avenue for the past nine years.
She is survived by one daughter, Mrs Ernest Allen, Buford; six sons, George, leslie, William, Henry, Atherton all of Owensboro. Manuel Atherton, Utica and Ray Atherton. U.S. Air Force, Memphis, Tenn. 19 grandchildren, three sisters. Mrs L P Chapman and Mrs. Bertha Green, both of Livermore and Mrs Nelson Thomason, Liva; one brother Clifton McManama, Louisville.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:30 Sunday afternoon at the Pleasant Hill Methodist Church by the Rev. E.E. Steckard. Burial in the Church cemetery. The Body will be at the Hughart Funeral Home, Livermore, KY untill time of services
