Obituary for Howard Adams
Howard Ronald "Ronnie" Adams Age 59 and a lifelong resident of Pumpkin Center, Ronnie passed away Wednesday, April 29, 2009 at North Oaks Medical Center in Hammond.
He is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Sandra Whittington Adams; four devoted daughters, Teresa Crayton and husband Rubin, Rene Adams, Sherry Breeland and husband, Warren, Lisa Yates and husband Craig and ten grandchildren. Ronnie was adored by his seven surviving sisters, Norma Lee Toney, Lorena Miller, Andrea Coates, Diane Hampton, Linda Adams, Mildred Fuqua and June White.
Preceding him in death were his parents, Viola-Effler and Howard C. Adams.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral services from the chapel of Brandon G. Thompson Funeral Home west of Hammond on Friday, May 1st at 12:00 noon with visitation beginning at 9:00 a.m.
Interment will follow at Carter Cemetery in Springfield.
