Age 80 of Warsaw. Died at Wy. Co. Comm. Hospital. Born in Orangeville, a son of the late Chester G and Nora Fargo Ahl. A town highway superintendent for Orangeville for 7 years and construction foreman for Wy. Co. Highway Dept. for 18 years. Member of United Church of Warsaw; Loyal Order of Moose #560; Walter Klein American Legion Post #532 and American Association of Retired Persons and an associate member of the Crystal Hook and Ladder Company. Served in WWII as a tech sargeant and radio operator with the 16th Fighter Control Squadron of the Sixth Air Force. His wife Bethene E. Ahl died Feb. 4, 1993. Survived by a brother, Pete (Lois) Ahl of Warsaw; a sister, Ethel Brown of Attica; a brother-in-law, Lester (Isabelle) Burr of Attica; 9 nieces and nephews.
