Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Monday, December 28, from Buffington Funeral Home in Yoakum for Victor Boysen, 68, of Yoakum, who died in a Yoakum Hospital following a brief illness. The Rev. Leland Diekoff officiated with burial in the Rubbert cemetery near Cheapside.
mr. Boysen was born January 25, 1919 in Gonzacounty, the son of Ernest and Amalie Braeuer Boysen.
He was a lifetime farmer and rancher in the Cheapside area, and a member of the Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Yoakum.
