She was known as "Lena Georgia". Most people called her "Georgia" or "Georgie". Her first husband's was Sam Neal. She had two children by Mr. Neal. Their names were Agnes Lucille Neal Roberson and Melmoth "Red" Neal. She married Sam Washington Simpson, Jr on December 27, 1919 in Calhoun County, MS. Sam was 49 and Georgia was 26. She was married to S.W. until his death. They had children. They are Callie Simpson (fell in a pond while fishing and drown having a seizure born in about 1917 and died before 1930), Calhoun W. Simpson (died as a young boy after being kicked in the head by a horse/mule born in 1920 and died before 1930) S.W. Simpson, III, Sammy Eunice Woods, Hazel Nell Simpson Melton Carter & Charles "Chuck" Henry Simpson .
