HARVEY B. BAKER DIES AT HOME
Harvey B. Baker, 49, for 17 years an employee of the Fuller Manufacturing Company, died at his home, Route 3, Kalamazoo, Tuesday evening, after a short illness. He was born in Indiana, son of Mr. and Mrs. Tillman Baker and came to Michigan in 1908.
Surviving are the widow, Pearl; a daughter, Mrs. Mary Clark, Battle Creek; two sons, George at home, and Gerald of Climax; the father, Tillman Baker; three sisters, Mrs. Bessie Sprister, Climax; Mrs. Edith Drake, Long Lake, and Mrs. Geraldine Lint, Kalamazoo; four brothers, William Drake (sic...I'm sure it should have said Baker), Grand Rapids, Harry and Ralph Baker of Wayland, and Alvin Baker of Gobles; and one granddaughter.
Services will be held at 2 Friday in Hoag-Burke funeral home at Climax, with the Rev. Cartland officiating. Burial will be in Averill cemetery, Climax.
