Richmond. Jan. 3- (AP)-Luther B. Barlow, 33, of Portsmouth, employed on a Chesterfield construction project, was killed today in a 100-foot fall.
Barlow, a boilermaker employed by Stone & Webster Engineering Company. fell when he slipped on an ice-coated plank atop a boiler at the Virginia Electric and Power, Company's power plant at Chester, according to Dr. Fred Walls, Chesterfield County coroner. Dr. Walls gave a verdict of accidental death.
