Wolbach - Bertha E. Allard, 88, of Wolbach, died Sunday, March 20, at Greeley....

Mrs. Allard was born April 19, 1899 at Fullerton, the daughter of Charles and Mary Gleason Adams. She received her education at Fullerton and was a 1916 graduate of Fullerton High School. She taught in rural schools in Greeley County before her marriage.

On Sept. 2, 1917 she married Harvey Allard at Fullerton. They lived in Primrose and in Fullerton. In 1921 they began farming in the Enfield area of Greeley county. They retired in November 1966 and moved to Wolbach. Mr. Allard died Dec. 21, 1970. She moved to the Greeley Care Home in July 1982.

She was a member of the United Methodist church at Wolbach and a charter member of the Logan Ladies Aid Society in Greeley County.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Ervin (Lucille) Klein and Mrs. Robert (Aletha) Teply, both of Wolbach; two sons, Glenn and Charles, both of Greeley; two sisters, Mrs. Mildred Tasti of Orange, Calif, and Mrs. Larry (Dorothy) Reed of York; a brother, Merwin Adams of St. Edward, nine grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter.
