GENEVA — Lou Ann Chamberlain, age 54, a resident of Geneva, Ohio, passed away Thursday, Jan. 31, 2008, at Lake West Hospital in Willoughby.
Born Sept. 14, 1953, in Painesville, Ohio, she was a daughter of Eleanor (Hummel) and the late D. O. "Bud" Stoltz. On June 24, 1978, she married Larry Chamberlain in Geneva.
Lou Ann was the Operations Supervisor for Northwest Savings Bank in Geneva.
She was a member of Assumption Catholic Church and enjoyed cooking and loved spending time with her family and grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband, Larry Chamberlain of Geneva; four daughters, Jenny (Richard) Biller of Kingsville, Mary (Robert) Simmons of Willoughby, Anne (Tony) Sielschott of Perrysburg and Lisa Chamberlain of Geneva; three grandchildren, Jared, Kyle and Josh Biller; her mother, Eleanor (Hummel) Stoltz of Geneva; five sisters, Mary Redmond, Virginia Sanzotta, Julie Henry, Sue Konczal and Lois Acord, all of Geneva; and a brother, Otto Stoltz of Geneva.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Services will be 10 a.m. Monday, Feb. 4, 2008, at Assumption Catholic Church, 594 W. Main St., Geneva, Ohio. Final resting place will be in Harpersfield Cemetery.
Friends will be received from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 3, 2008, at THE BEHM FAMILY FUNERAL HOMES AND CREMATORY, 175 S. Broadway, Geneva, Ohio.
