Philip Douglas Anderson, III, 24, of Hendersonville, went home to be with the Lord on January 14, 2009.
Survivors include his mother, Wanda Shook and stepfather, Chad, and his father, Doug Anderson and stepmother, Alma, and two loving sisters, Rebecca and Dakota and loving brother, Josh, his second mom's Sharon and Brenda.
He graduated from East Henderson High School in 2003. He served time in the US Army and was presently attending Blue Ridge Community College, maintain a 4.0 average. He worked for Epic Movie Theater and really enjoyed it there.
Graveside services held on Saturday January 17, 2009, at Polk Memorial Gardens, Columbus, Polk County, North Carolina.
