MRS. C. ALM PASSES -Mrs. Christina Alm passed away Monday night, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. A. Broberg, at the age of 74, after an illness of several months from heart trouble. Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at 2:00 o’clock at Garrett’s funeral parlors. Mrs. Alm was taken ill at her home in Tecumseh and was brought here by ambulance to the home of her daughter, Mrs. A. Broberg, about four months ago, where she has been gradually failing. She leaves to mourn her loss four sons and two daughters, Dr. G. T. Alm and C. B. Alm, of Galesburg, E. E. Alm and Mrs. Hannah Bostrom, of Chicago, and G. J. Alm and Mrs. Gertite Broberg, of this village, beside sixteen grandchildren and many friends. Augusta Beacon May 30 1929 page 1
