Lois was born in Henderson County, North Carolina, the daughter of George Edward Thomas Sr. and Louaddy (Clontz) Thomas. She had resided in Haywood County most of her life and was a homemaker. She deeply loved her family, and the special times that she spent with her grandsons going to the park and fishing at Lake Junaluska brought her great joy. A resident of Canton, she passed away at home and is survived by her daughters, Robin Fletcher of Canton and Daisee Wright of Waynesville; grandsons, Bobby Lee Fletcher Jr., Brian Matthew Fletcher and Preston Ray Wright; sisters, Linda Revis and her husband, Bruce Revis of Claremont, Bonnie Jean Thomas of Connellys Springs and Karen Lynn Simpson and her husband, John Simpson of Candler; brothers, George Thomas and his wife, Sandy Thomas of Canton, Danny Thomas of Candler and Jerry Thomas of Canton. She was preceded in death by a son, Charles Ray Wright Jr. who passed away in 1999. She shall be deeply missed.
