Died at Altoona

Mrs. Carl Ammerman died yesterday at her home in Altoona. The remains will be brought here for burial. Mrs. Ammerman, formerly Miss Hoover, one lived in DuBois, and a brother and sister still live here. They are Joshua Hoover, of Overdorf avenue, and Mrs. Daniel Powers, residing at present on the Schrecongost farm, just south of town. The deceased leaves a husband and daughter, and mother and six brothers and two sisters.

The funeral of Mrs. Ammerman, who died at Altoona Monday will be held at two o'clock this afternoon at Mt. Zion M. E. church. Rev. H. H. Barr, will deliver the sermon. The body arrived last evening and can be seen any time this morning at the home of Joshua Hoover, 16 Overdorf avenue.

Deceased was born at dubois on March 6, 1880 and on July 3, 1901 was married to Mr. Ammerman and with him came to Altoona to reside on September 15, 1903 and since had lived in this city. She was a member of the 1st Methodist Church and the Ladies auxiliary of the Brotherhood of Railroad Trainsman. She is survived by her husband of this city, her mother, 3 sisters and 6 brothers of Dubois. The funeral will be held at her late home tonight at 8 o'clock.
