 was the son of Kenneth Jr. and Carol (Palmer) Baker. 

He was a 1999 graduate of Swiss Hills Vocational School near Woodsfield, and was employed by Lewisville Hardwood in Lewisville.

He was a Protestant by faith. 

Surviving in addition to his parents are his sisters, Mrs. David (Lisa) Reed, Mrs. Richard (Jenny) Brown, and Kenda Baker; paternal grandparents, Kenneth and Emogene Baker Sr.; maternal grandmother, Donna Palmer; maternal great-grandmother, Hazel Williams; several aunts, uncles, nephews and cousins.

Services were held at Watters Funeral Home, Woodsfield.
