Alice L. Cooper Amerson age 86 died Friday July 25, 2008. Services will be held at 2:00 pm Sunday, with burial in Snow Hill Cemetery.
Mrs. Amerson was a native of Augusta but had made her home in Milledgeville. She was a retired sales clerk and a member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church.
Survivors include a son William "Bubba" Amerson, of Milledgeville, two daughters; Freda Amerson Roberts of Milledgeville and Ann Simmons Arrington of Albany, two brothers Russell Cooper of Warner Robins and Billy Cooper of Milledgeville, 7 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.
Preceded in death by three brothers, Wallace Dennis Cooper and John J. Cooper. and Thurman Russell Cooper.
