Beatrice Givan Cook Gearhart Barker of Oklahoma City, was born November 5, 1895 to Hiram and Lina Givan. She died November 7, 1994. She first married James H. Cook in 1919, the parents of two children: Veronica Deploys (Tom) and James J. (Jack) Cook. Following the death of first husband, she married Ernest Gearhart in 1950. Upon his death, she married Carl Barker in 1963. Beatrice was a legal stenographer. Survivors: brother Edwin Givan of Abilene, TX; two sisters, Mary DuPree of Americas, GA and Elleen James of Burbanks, CA; 5 grand-children and 8 great-grand-children. Burial in Vaughan Cemetery in Ozark, Missouri."
