Linda Lou (Tuffy) Moore

Linda Lou (Tuffy) Moore, age 58, of Strafford, was born April 12, 1952, in Bruner, Mo. She passed away Saturday, August 7, 2010 in her home surrounded by her family.

She was a member of Oldfield Full Gospel Church. Linda loved to sing. She loved her Lord and Savior and was an example of a true Christian, with a loving heart that was capable of forgiving you for anything. Linda did home care for several years before becoming ill.
She was preceded in death by parents, Buck and Pauline (Cornelison) Burks; one brother, Jim Burks; two sisters, Betty Jane Burks and Jeannie Pierce.

She is survived by two daughters, Tracey Leigh Cummings and Dale, and Crystal Day Moore-Howell; one step-son, Scott Moore; 12 grandchildren, Ashley Moore, Lindale, Tiffany, Kyle Cummings, Dalton, Dylan, Duston McSwain, David Howell, Katrina, Brandon, Zack, and Kelton Moore; two sisters, Joyce White, of Wilhoit, Ariz., and her twin sister, Brenda Sue Davis and Lyndall, of Strafford.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, August 10, 2010, at 2 p.m., in Greenlawn Funeral Home East. Burial will follow in Temple Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday, August 9, 2010, from 6 to 8 p.m., in the funeral home.
