Ollie Abbott Dead
Just as we go to press we learn that Frank Abbott received a telephone message from Joplin stating tha his brother Ollie was dead. No particulars were given. Frank and his other brothers, Will and Ed, have gone to Joplin in an auto.

Ollie N. Abbott died last Friday at the home of his sister, Mrs.James, in Joplin, aged 36 years. He was born and raised in Neosho, being the youngest son of the late Henry C. Abbott, who founded the Abott Bakery which he operated for many years. Ollie Abbott was also enjaged in the bakery business for several years with his brothers, J.W. and Frank, but sold out over a year ago. He had been in poor health for several months and went to Kansas City for special treatment but receiving no benefit returned to Joplin to visit his sister. The body was brought to Neosho and buried Sunday in the family lot at the Odd Fellows Cemetery.
