She leaves a niece, Dorothy (the late Robert J.) Ford, Bloomington; great-nephews, Gary J. (Patty) Ford, Hudson, and the late Michael R. Ford; two great-great-nieces, Megan S. She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister and one brother.

Irene will be missed by the Ford family. She was like a second mother to her niece and like a grandmother to her nephew and great-great-nieces. Irene liked to read and go out to dinner. She enjoyed her family and friends. She had a long and happy life. She will be missed by all who knew her for her sense of humor and kindness.
